PERFORMER GUIDELINES:

The festival dates this year are May 7th-9th, 2020

The festival takes place in various neighborhoods throughout Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Each PERFORMER selected receives the following:
– (2) Two Showcase Spots
– All-Access to every show, public/private daytime activities and afterparties

We appreciate and welcome return performers. However, we will be favoring applicants that did NOT perform in last year’s festival. We do this out of love; to offer newcomers an opportunity to visit Milwaukee and to offer the CCCF alum a chance to revisit the city they fell in love with.

MILWAUKEE PERFORMERS: You will be subject to host (1) showcase as one of your spots on the festival

CLIP REQUIREMENTS: When submitting, a video is required in order to be considered. Please send a clip that best represents your current act. We prefer a video that runs between 5-7 minutes. If you happen to have a video that runs longer than that, we will gladly accept those but will only be reviewing the first 5-7 minutes for consideration.

ANY SUBMISSION WITHOUT PAYMENT ATTACHED WILL BE DISCARDED.

Any submission taken outside of the “Black Friday Happy Hour” (November 29, 2019 12PM – 1PM (Central Time)) and The General Submission Window (December 2st, 2019 12AM (Central Time) – January 31st, 2020 11:59:59PM (Central Time)) will NOT be reviewed and will be discarded.

We WILL NOT review any submissions until deadline is closed and will send out emails by February 28th, 2020.

SHOW GUIDELINES:

Each SHOW selected receives the following:
– (1) Perform spot on the show they submit
– (1) Festival spot, per producer, outside of their own show
– All-Access to every show, public/private daytime activities and afterparties

The show you submit must accommodate, but not exceed, 8 performer slots (with only 2 spots allowed for show producers, if applicable). The shows we look for are ones that run under 90 minutes, and ones that allow our selected festival performers to be part of.

We appreciate and welcome return productions. However, we will be favoring applicants that did NOT produce a show in last year’s festival. We do this out of love; to offer newcomers an opportunity to visit Milwaukee and to offer the CCCF alum a chance to revisit the city they fell in love with.
